- Make post-secondary education accessible and affordable.
Conduct one-on-one career guidance sessions with employees to identify potential linkages between career opportunities within the company and college degree programs. Conduct Degrees at Work information sessions to provide a wide range of resources to employers who are returning to school. Conduct Education Assistance orientation sessions with interested employees to heighten their understanding of MSD's reimbursement program.
